Daisy had an accident today. She got stuck between the enclosure stone wall and the grape bush. Obviously she wanted to pass and didn't fit through. She was hanging in between, far way up and her feet didn't even touch the ground any more. When I came to look for them, I found her very exhausted from trying to get outta there and even myself I had problems to get her out. I had to remove some stones of the wall, because she stuck so tight, there was nothing else possible without damaging her shell. No idea how the girl could get into that position.

But God thanks, all went well, she took a long bath and shower and is doing fine now.

I just read the post below in one of the many tortoise groups of which I am a member.

It drove tears into my eyes and made me sick to my stomach when I read about what happened to Bob. Please read by clicking on the link below and if you care, try to help.

I hope this guy gets what he deserves!!
